Kenneth Kneis

KEN KNEIS is Principal of Monarch-Kneis Insurance Services, LLC, leading the firm's efforts in the Construction, Energy, Infrastructure and Healthcare industry sectors. He leads a dedicated team of experts that sell, design, implement, and service risk management programs for these industries. These risk management solutions include property/casualty insurance, professional and environmental liability, safety/loss control, claims management, and surety.

Michael Robillard

Michael Robillard, heads Monarch-Kneis' small business and personal lines division. His previous experience as a captive agency owner brings a unique perspective to the broker side. Allowing us to seek the best options for our clients, while addressing all your insurance needs. He has experience handling various placements for insured's in multiple states.

Jerry Barry

Jerry Barry brings a wealth of claim handling and claim management experience to his position as Claim Manager of Monarch-Kneis Insurance Services, LLC. Jerry has functioned as an outside adjuster, claim supervisor, claim manager and owner/manager of an independent adjusting firm. His experience includes the handling and supervision of multiple lines claims; including Workers Compensation, Auto and General Liability, Medical Malpractice, Property and Construction Defect/Completed Operations claims.

Don Bradway

Don Bradway has spent more than 30 years in the safety field, starting as a firefighter/paramedic and then moving into the construction safety venue. He has worked for several major civil construction firms, two workers' compensation insurance companies, the largest California roofing company and on three awarding-winning light rail projects. This background gives Don a unique perspective on safety, having worked for the emergency services provider, the contractor, the owner, the consultant, the insurer and the broker.

Trudie Lee

Trudie Lee is responsible for the coordination of all daily services and marketing efforts; She works with broker and clients to identify exposures for the development of a comprehensive insurance and risk management program. Trudie provides ongoing technical support and placement of project specific and/or difficult to place risks with a focus on innovative program design. She maintains and develops new insurance market relationships and stays on top of changes in each carrier's appetite for risk, product availability and expected changes affecting programs available to our clients.

Ivy Low

Ivy Low is a liaison between client and their insurance underwriter. She coordinates marketing, loss prevention, daily client services and carrier /surety services. Ivy is also responsible for contract reviews and technical support and preparation of insurance specifications. She is responsible for ensuring consistent, prompt, efficient and accurate daily services including policy maintenance, coordination of certificates issuance, coordination of renewal processes and all other issues our clients are faced with on a daily basis.
