coordination of certificates issuance, coordination of
renewal processes and all other issues our clients are
faced with on a daily basis

assist in special projects and in the processing of daily services
(policy maintenance, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards,
claims processing, accounting/invoicing, etc.)
Our safety manager,
as a former firefighter/paramedic, safety consultant and AGC
Safety & Health Council Chair, is recognized by his peers and clients
as one of the best and brightest in the industry, who speaks
the same language as field personnel yet who also communicates
safety strategy and vision to top management. He is responsibilities are:
Supports/audits the safety efforts of our construction
clients in any manner necessary
Provides resource materials and educational programs
to clients and is a specialist instructor in job site training
and crisis management
Reviews current safety programs and procedures and offers
recommendations for IIPP enhancements or revisions in response
to evolving OSHA regulations and legislation
Creates and improves clients’ overall safety cultures
while also increasing their bottom line when it comes to
lowering their Experience Modification Factors via reduced
claims frequency and severity
Offers immediate crisis management support and OSHA question
feedback via on-line & cell direct communications
