  • Works with broker and clients to identify exposures for the development of a comprehensive insurance and risk management program
  • Provides ongoing technical support and placement of project specific and/or difficult to place risks with a focus on innovative program design
  • Maintains and develops new construction market relationships and stays on top of changes in each carrier’s appetite for risk, product availability and expected changes affecting programs available to our construction clients

  • Responsible for ensuring consistent, prompt, efficient and accurate daily services including policy maintenance, coordination of certificates issuance, coordination of renewal processes and all other issues our clients are faced with on a daily basis

Our claim professional performs such claims critical tasks such as:

  • Working with client to develop specific claims handling instructions
  • Reviewing and monitoring disputed and/or significant claims with clients as needed
  • Developing remedial plans to improve and implement with client safety and loss prevention staff
  • Acting in a consulting capacity on any and all claims related issues

Safety Manager Don Bradway

Our safety manager, as a former firefighter/paramedic, safety consultant and AGC Safety & Health Council Chair, is recognized by his peers and clients as one of the best and brightest in the industry, who speaks the same language as field personnel yet who also communicates safety strategy and vision to top management. He is responsibilities are:
  • Supports/audits the safety efforts of our construction clients in any manner necessary
  • Provides resource materials and educational programs to clients and is a specialist instructor in job site training and crisis management
  • Reviews current safety programs and procedures and offers recommendations for IIPP enhancements or revisions in response to evolving OSHA regulations and legislation
  • Creates and improves clients’ overall safety cultures while also increasing their bottom line when it comes to lowering their Experience Modification Factors via reduced claims frequency and severity
  • Offers immediate crisis management support and OSHA question feedback via on-line & cell direct communications
